Throughout this adventure, which is just beginning, the story has pretty much been mine to tell. As I sit here, trying to remember people, places, little moments that might matter to somebody, it occurs to me that

OTHERS HAVE THEIR OWN STORIES.

I can’t tell them for you but I hope they’re willing to share.

Some folks may not remember the night Lou Connor’s house burned to the ground as we watched, helplessly. Or they may not know that my dog Prince was given a certificate for perfect attendance because he came to school every day and played on the slide with the little kids.
